Shipping Information:

Orders are Processed and Shipped Monday Through Friday

Orders must be received by 1pm PST for same day shipping.

In Stock orders will be shipped in one business day. Items that are not in stock should ship in 48 hrs. You will be notified by email when item has shipped. Most items are received 3-5 days depending on customer location. All shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

It is very important to us that all our products meet the highest standards for quality. If you receive a damaged item please contact us the same day you receive it so we can exchange it or refund your money for the damaged item.

All items must be returned 10 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in new, unworn condition and returned in the original manufactures packaging. All tags must be on the item. If the original manufactures packaging is damaged or destroyed we will not accept the return.If the item has been worn, washed, or damaged in anyway we will not accept the return. The Item will be sent back to the customer, The return shipping will be charged to the customer.

Each item returned will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.

All Returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) To request a RMA please email us. Mark this number on the outside of your return package. Items will not be accepted for return without a RMA.

If you have an exchange for the wrong size we will gladly exchange it for you. The 20% Restocking fee will be waived but the shipping charges still apply to the customer.
